Leggo my Chicken Nugget!

We took the kids to dinner at Stew Leonards tonight as was Veronica's choice because she did so well on her end of the year reading test...more about that in another post. Emmett shared chicken nuggets with Kadence. At Stew's (for those unlucky enough to not have eaten there) you eat in an open tent, with birdies flying in and out. At some point Emmett dropped his last chicken nugget and the birds found it. He was horrified. He screamed and cried every time they came in for a nibble. It took us a while to figure out that a. that was what he was so upset about and b. that was in fact HIS chicken nugget.

The very nerve of those birds...if we hadn't been laughing so hard we really might have done something constructive.
